Shipping & Returns

Freight Charges
To make this as simple and easy as possible for our customers and ourselves we charge a flat rate for all our Australian and New Zealand customers shipping is free on orders over a certain value - currently $75 AU.

Recommended Method for Orders
To ensure the best service and fastest possible delivery of goods to you we recommend you create an account and use the shopping cart system. Payment via Paypal will ensure the fastest possible delivery time as we receive payment almost instantly.

Payment Methods
Paypal is our recommended and the fastest payment method, alternatively we have Australian and New Zealand bank account should you wish to make a direct deposit/electronic transfer, bank details are provided in the order process, please contact us if you have not received this information.

Rural Delivery/Unusual Address
If you are not on a normal delivery route or have an unusual address there may additional charges or factors that we are not aware of, please notify us of any details regarding your delivery address that may affect delivery as we will not cover additional costs due to unusual/rural delivery charges.

Warranty/Returns
All parts are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty, on most goods this is 12 months. We will happily replace any faulty/defective products. Products will be tested first before a replacement can be sent out. ModYourPC will treat this as urgent but often returns/faults are out of our immediate control so the time frame for this can vary greatly. Please also note that if a product is returned and does not have a manufacturers fault there may be handling and shipping charges for return of the item. In some situations non faulty products can be returned for credit - this is at the discretion of ModYourPC, a refund of up to 90% of original purchase price will be given. Please contact ModYourPC before sending any goods back for refund.

International Sales
Although Australia is our primary market we ship to New Zealand at no additional cost. We are also happy to sell internationally but note additional charges will apply.

International Order Payment
Our recommended method of payment is Paypal for all orders including Australian and New Zealand orders. All international orders from other countries must be paid for using Paypal.

International Shipping
Shipping to our historical customer base in New Zealand is subsidised by us to compensate for the slightly longer delivery times due to international shipping
Please note that international postage times are totally out of our control and can not be guaranteed. Be aware of any additional customs costs you may have in your country.

International Warranty/Returns
We extend our standard warranty to all international orders but please note, shipping to us and return shipping will be at the buyers expense.
